Description

Tulip Needles

Tulip company of Hiroshima, Japan has been making sewing needles since 1948.  Well-known for their quality sewing needles, they now make some of the finest sashiko needles available.

Made of nickel plated steel under strict guidelines with cutting edge technology, the needles are polished lengthwise to ensure smooth fabric piercing.  Milled to a perfect sharp, smooth tip, you’ll love how smooth and slick these needles feel.

We carry the Tulip Needles in both the Embroidery and the Milliners variations. Delightfully packaged, they are practical and also make for a lovely gift for the quilter in your life.

Embroidery Needles

Eight high quality Japanese needles within a labeled, clear, cork topped tube. These needles are polished lengthwise to ensure smooth fabric piercing perfect for embroidery. Includes size 7, 8, 9 and 10 needles.

Milliners Needles

#10 Big Eye Needles. The needles are smooth, thin and about 1.5″ long. These needles have a very sharp tip to pierce smoothly through the fabric and make a great alternative to short applique needles. Size #10 – 0.46mm x 40.5mm (0.018″ width x 1.59″ length) The needles come in a small corked carrying tube with 6 needles.
